A shift in shade, a green cast or visible cloudiness indicates that the copper coordination has changed — displacement, degradation of the peptide holding it, a pH move, or copper coming out of solution. That is useful and it costs nothing to observe.
It reports on nothing else. TB-500 or BPC-157 could degrade substantially with the solution looking exactly as it did, because neither contributes to the colour.
