The three components span from a tripeptide of about 340 daltons plus copper to a 17-residue fragment of about 1880, with BPC-157 at about 1419 between them. Methods that separate by size — size-exclusion chromatography, dialysis, ultrafiltration — handle the ends of that range very differently, and a single cutoff or column can retain one component while passing another.
