The obesity trial reported 24.2 per cent in its highest group at 48 weeks. Different trial, different duration, different population, different dose-escalation design.
The number is larger and the trial is smaller and shorter; both facts belong in any comparison.
The participants were not randomised between the two molecules. Baseline characteristics, escalation schedules, trial duration and the placebo response all differed. A difference between a 72-week phase 3 figure and a 48-week phase 2 figure is not a measurement of anything.
