What TB-500 is
TB-500 is a synthetic 7-amino-acid peptide corresponding to residues 17–23 of thymosin β-4, a 43-residue actin-binding protein found throughout most mammalian tissues. The fragment contains the LKKTETQ actin-binding motif — the functional core of the parent molecule.
The mechanism is distinct from most other research peptides: TB-500 acts via actin sequestration, modulating the cytoskeleton to enable cell migration to injury sites. This is fundamentally different from BPC-157's angiogenesis pathway — which is why the two are often paired in research protocols. Full comparison in our BPC-157 vs TB-500 article.
What the research documents
Cardiac repair. Smart et al. 2007 (Nature) — thymosin β-4 mobilised adult epicardial progenitor cells and drove neovascularisation after myocardial infarction in mice. The highest-impact paper in the TB-4 literature.
Corneal wound healing. Sosne et al. published a series (2002 onwards) on accelerated corneal epithelial closure.
Dermal wound closure. Documented in rat full-thickness wound models.

Buy TB-500 UAE — FAQ
REVIVE LAB UAE supplies TB-500 across all seven emirates. Same-day dispatch, 24h delivery, COD available.
5 mg lyophilised, HPLC-verified, COA on every parcel.
Mechanism-wise yes — different pathways. Frequently paired in research protocols. No peer-reviewed stacking trial exists.
No published RCT for the fragment. Parent thymosin β-4 has some early-phase work.
